Refund Policy

1. Trials and cancellation

Cancel during an advertised free trial to avoid the first subscription charge. Paid subscriptions can be canceled before renewal and remain available through the paid billing period unless the account is terminated for cause.

2. Refund requests

Unless a written order form states otherwise, subscription fees already charged are non-refundable. We review duplicate charges, billing errors, and service failures individually. Send the account email, invoice reference, and reason to support@poppelo.com.

3. Consumer statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where a mandatory cooling-off or withdrawal right applies, including qualifying distance contracts in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, we will honor it. If you expressly request immediate service performance, the law may allow charges for service supplied before withdrawal or loss of the right for fully supplied digital content after the required acknowledgment.

4. Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Financial institutions control posting time.
