Poppelo combines purchase-order extraction, customer part-number matching, human review, and controlled auto-approval. Each mechanism has a distinct job between an incoming document and its destination.
Read the document and identify the product
Extraction turns incoming documents into headers and line items. Customer-specific vocabulary then connects buyer part numbers to your catalogue. A recognizable line of text is not necessarily an unambiguous product match; missing and uncertain values still need attention.
Review exceptions and control approval
Reviewers compare fields with the source, correct errors, and decide whether to approve or reject. Saved corrections contribute to customer context and proposed rules that a person activates. Progressive autonomy adds restrictions and evidence around approval; it does not remove validation or assume every customer is ready.
