Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OrderFlow AI (“Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

OrderFlow AI is a multi-tenant platform that automates order entry for B2B companies. The Service processes documents submitted through configured intake channels, extracts order data using AI, and submits validated orders to connected order management systems.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, API keys, and session tokens. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit documents containing malicious content
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
• Reverse engineer the AI extraction pipeline
• Share API keys or access credentials with unauthorized parties

5. Data Processing

Documents submitted to OrderFlow AI are processed using AI models to extract order data. We process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

6. Service Level

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Enterprise plans include SLA commitments as specified in individual agreements.

7. Billing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly based on your selected plan. Usage beyond plan limits may result in service restrictions. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all documents and data you submit. OrderFlow AI retains ownership of the Service, including AI models, extraction algorithms, and platform code.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OrderFlow AI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect.
