The things worth knowing before the card is charged.
- What counts as an envelope?
- One document received on any channel — an emailed PDF, an uploaded spreadsheet, a scanned fax. A single document holding several purchase orders is still one envelope.
- What happens when the trial ends?
- The card on file is charged for the plan you picked. Cancel before the trial ends and it is not charged at all.
- Are there per-seat charges?
- No. Add the whole office to the review queue; you are billed on the documents processed, not on who looks at them.
- What if we go over the plan limit?
- You are warned inside the app as you approach it, and nothing stops without notice. Move up a plan at any point in the month.
