A Conexiom alternative for smaller distributors.

Conexiom is order automation for manufacturers and distributors, sold through a demo, with native integrations for ERPs such as Epicor, SAP, Infor, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Sage. Poppelo is for smaller distributors and wholesalers: it reads emailed POs, matches your customers’ part numbers, holds anything uncertain for a person and writes the approved order into your system. Its pricing is published and the trial needs no card.

As of . Facts about Conexiom come from its own public website on that date; see Sources below.

When Conexiom is the better choice

Choose Conexiom if you run Epicor, SAP, Infor, Dynamics 365 or another ERP it names, if you process high volumes across many customer accounts, or if your buyers require SOC 2 Type II and a vendor with a long track record. Poppelo is new, and it has no SOC 2 report.

Questions

Does Conexiom work with QuickBooks Online?

Conexiom’s site names native integrations with ERPs including Epicor, SAP, Infor, Dynamics 365, NetSuite and Sage. QuickBooks is not named on its home page or its Relay page (checked 2 November 2026). Ask Conexiom directly if you need it.

How much does Conexiom cost?

Conexiom does not publish prices on its site; you request a demo. Poppelo’s plans and per-order prices are on its pricing page.

Does Poppelo approve orders on its own?

Not at first. Every order goes to a person until you turn on automatic approval, and anything Poppelo is unsure about is always held.

Can I use Poppelo alongside EDI?

Yes. Poppelo handles the emailed PDFs, spreadsheets and scans, and EDI keeps handling your EDI partners. Poppelo can also write an EDI 850 file as output.
