Review uncertain fields with the source beside them.

The review queue gives operators a place to compare extracted order fields with the customer document, resolve exceptions, and decide what should reach the destination.

Focus on field confidence and validation

Review starts with the extracted header and line items, their confidence, and validation findings. The source document remains available for comparison. A plausible part number or total should still be checked when the record conflicts with the catalogue or the customer request.

Correct, approve, or reject

An operator can correct extracted values and approve a valid record, or reject an order that should not proceed. State guards and atomic review mutations protect the decision as it moves toward dispatch. Approval does not make an unsupported connector mapping supported; those cases still need manual handling.

Keep an operational history

Corrections and review decisions contribute to the audit history and customer context. If destination delivery is uncertain, reconciliation requires evidence before a separate retry. The review workflow distinguishes approval from confirmed downstream delivery so an operator can investigate the correct stage.

Questions about this workflow

Is an approved order the same as a delivered order?

No. Approval authorizes the next stage. Delivery depends on the destination connector, and uncertain delivery requires reconciliation.
