Bring orders in through the channels you use
Email intake includes shared IMAP and Gmail or Microsoft 365 OAuth connections. Manual upload, SFTP, and API intake support other handoffs. The extraction workflow reads the document presented to it without requiring a template for each customer layout.
Extract fields, then validate their meaning
Customer details, purchase-order references, product lines, quantities, and prices become reviewable fields. Customer vocabulary and catalogue references help interpret the extracted lines. Field confidence signals where a person should look; it is not proof that an order is commercially correct.
Refuse ambiguity instead of filling the gaps
Missing information, uncertain matches, and failed validation can stop automatic approval. A reviewer can compare the source, correct the record, or reject it. Difficult scans and unsupported financial mappings may require manual handling; extraction does not guarantee that every input can be delivered automatically.

Do I need a template for each customer?
No per-customer document template is required. Review remains necessary when a document is unclear or the extracted record fails validation.
