When Docparser is the better choice

Docparser is the better choice if your documents come in a few fixed layouts and you want precise rule-based control over each field, if you parse many kinds of documents, or if your volume is low and price matters most. Its sister product Mailparser starts at $29.95 a month for parsing emails; its pricing page says it does not read images or scanned documents.

Do I need a template for each customer’s PO in Poppelo?

No. Poppelo reads each document with AI. You teach it your customers’ part numbers by approving the rules it proposes.

How does Docparser price?

By parsing credits: one credit is one document of up to five pages, from $39 a month for 100 credits on monthly billing.

Can Poppelo read scanned or photographed POs?

Yes: scanned PDFs and PNG, JPG, GIF and WEBP images. TIFF is not supported.

What happens when Poppelo is unsure?

The field is held, with the reason shown, until a person approves or corrects it.
